Use ShadowCursor to understand documents, draft replies, explore spreadsheet formulas, investigate code, or learn through hints during permitted practice. Review answers before acting on them. The app does not promise accurate, original, or detection-free output.
2. Permission and privacy
Only capture and submit material you are authorised to share with OpenAI. Respect workplace policies, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, and other people’s privacy. Do not capture or upload passwords, API keys, financial authentication details, or sensitive third-party content without the necessary rights and lawful basis.
3. Assessments and interviews
Do not use the Service for unauthorised assistance in graded, proctored, or certification assessments, live job interviews, or any environment that prohibits AI help. Learning examples are intended for permitted practice and understanding.
4. Misuse and enforcement
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, credential theft, malware, harassment, privacy invasion, or harmful exploitation. Do not bypass access controls, compromise another person’s account, or interfere with the Service. Follow the AI provider’s applicable usage requirements as well.
We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security risk, or a material breach, while preserving rights that cannot be excluded by law. Report concerns to support@shadowcursor.in.
